Day 1

Breakfast:
2 slices whole wheat bread
toast
3 slices turkey ham with 3 slices low-fat cheese and 1/2 cucumber

Snack:
1 Black Bear bar (35 g)

Lunch:
150 g grilled chicken breast
1 cup cooked rice and salad

Snack:
2 servings of fruit with 1/4 litre buttermilk

Dinner:
1 mozzarella ball (low-fat) with 3 tomatoes, basil and 1 whole wheat bun
Day 2

Breakfast:
3-4 tbsp cereal with 1 cup organic low-fat yoghurt, 1/2 banana, 1/2 apple, 1 tbsp nuts If you have no time, just grab a Twin Pack of Black Bear Organic-Energy-Bars (2 x 35g) and enjoy!

Snack:
2 slices whole wheat bread with low-fat spread
3 slices roast beef and salad

Lunch:
salad with bell peppers and tomatoes, 1 can of tuna and 1 whole wheat bun

Snack:

Dinner:
150 g cooked beef with creamed spinach and 4 large potatoes
Day 3

Breakfast:
3-4 slices whole wheat
ham and eggs with 2 eggs, 3 slices ham and 1 bell pepper

Snack:
1 Black Bear bar (35 g)

Lunch:
1 cup pasta with marinara sauce and salad

Snack:
2 servings of fruit with 1 cup organic low-fat yoghurt

Dinner:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 avocado and 6 slices of ham and 2 tomatoes
