Day 1

Breakfast:
1 slice whole wheat bread
3 slices turkey ham
1 bell pepper
If you have no time, just grab a Black Bear Organic-Energy-Bar and enjoy!

Snack:
1 Black Bear bar (35 g)

Lunch:
3 small potatoes with 120 g grilled fish and mixed vegetables.

Snack:
1 serving of fruit, 1 cup organic low-fat yogurt

Dinner:
salad with 2 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
100 g turkey breast
Day 2

Breakfast:
2-3 tbsp oat flakes with 1 cup organic low-fat yogurt 120 g fresh pineapple and mint

Snack:
2 slices whole wheat toast
2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese with herbs and cucumber slices

Lunch:
1 cup pasta with vegetable sauce and 100 g chicken breast

Snack:
1 Black Bear bar (35 g)

Dinner:
1 big bowl of miso soup with 120 g tofu
Day 3

Breakfast:
2 slices of whole wheat toast
1 boiled egg
2 slices low-fat cheese
1 handful cherry tomatoes
